Worst

I would stay as far from them as possible!! I have 3 buildings that they so called managed. They are VERY VERY BAD, but they had no problems over-charging me for maintenance.

Efthim Company has been working with me for many years as I've struggled to hold on to my rental property. I'm probably not the best landlord, but I really appreciate the professionalism they've displayed and I especially appreciate the patience they've shown for me over the years; that's really made the difference between me foreclosing or keeping it.
