We've been with Educational Playcare for almost a couple of years. The teachers really make an effort to get to know the child and parents well. This relationship offers very open communication and allows for great interaction. They do a parent questionnaire, and they make changes based on what parents have to say. For example, the food is now much more nutritious since they've hired a dietitian. That is a huge benefit.
Each individual teacher is different. My daughter's teacher is phenomenal and terrific in terms of helping the children learn. My daughter is two and a half years old and almost potty-trained. That's a lot to do with them.
The curriculum is well rounded. There was a week in my daughter's class where the theme was China, and they themed the books, crafts, food, and words accordingly. They do a nice job providing music and physical education like yoga, which is great stimulation for the kids.
In general, it seems to me the people that are there enjoy being there. They are happy and positive, which translates to creating a very positive place for the children.
