Educational Playcare

I'm incredibly happy with Educational Playcare, that's the simplest way to say it. Very professional staff and my daughter seems happy which makes me think that she is safe and happy when she is there. So, that's the biggest thing. It also seems like they are always doing stuff, they have plans instead of just watching her all day, she gets great lesson plans and great teachers. She's been going there for about a year and she will continue to go there, as far as I'm concerned that's the best place. I'm incredibly happy with them. more

I've had a great experience with Educational Playcare. Just the staff, the location, they make everything so easy and convenient. They send weekly emails and updates, their communication is great and the place is awesome. The only thing I wish was a little better is the price but at the same time you are getting so much for your money with all programs and with everything else that it makes it worth it. My son is 9 months old and has been attending the daycare program at Educational Playcare for a few months and I'm really happy he's there. My most favorite thing is the app that they have for parents so I can see what he ate, what activities he's doing, and I get to see his smiling face while I'm at work and this assures me that he's in good hands. They do playtime, American Sign Language, painting and yoga for the infants and the instructors are great. We didn't look for other options before choosing Educational Playcare, but I can't imagine any other place in the area being better. Our experience has been very enjoyable and I would refer their program to other parents. more

We have two kids that we leave in the care of the people over at Educational Playcare. Our kids love going there and I love how the teachers and staff there keep me updated with pictures of what my kids are doing or have done, and updates with how they are doing. Everyone who works there is just so very nice. The teachers are great and you can tell that they really care about all the kids which is really nice. I honestly feel 100% comfortable leaving my kids here every weekday. These guys are great. more

My son is 17 months old. I thought home daycare was a better place to be so we were there for first year, but it was nothing like what I wanted. Educational Playcare turned out to be everything I wanted. It was clean. The staff wears uniforms. It is a very good place for my son to be. He loves the teachers and staff. They do great educational activities. I thought I would not care about that because I wanted him to be a child, but in reality it is one of the most important things to me now. I definitely love it and would highly recommend it. We have been there for about almost eight months now. We have another baby on the way who we will be sending to Educational Playcare as well. more

Educational Playcare takes care of my two-year-old son 4 days a week. They provide for his educational needs and he is learning consistently. I am satisfied with them, but I do still see room for improvement in some areas- like teacher education and feedback from administrators to the teachers. There are times when I question the teachers' judgement regarding a situation that in my opinion would be common sense. There are times they made a decision I thought was questionable. For example, there have been times when I thought they should intervene in a situation but did not. I wish they were a little more attentive to detail and empathetic with my son sometimes. However, I have had conversations with the director and these issues were resolved. I like the extra-curricular activities my child engages in every day. He gets motor play of some sort every day, despite the weather, and that is important to me. I like that they send me pictures every day of what he is doing; it makes me feel like I am part of his day. He likes to show the pictures to us and talk about his day. I also like the fact that they provide lunch and snacks. My son really likes Ms. Kelsey, and I really appreciate her laid-back style. Although she still asserts the rules and expectations, she is not overbearing about it. If something goes awry and my son needs some coaching to change his behavior, it is done in a very "no big deal" kind of way. If is grumpy in the morning and doesn't say hello to her, she will say something like, "It's ok, sometimes I'm grumpy in the mornings too." That makes him feel that it's okay and normal to feel that way sometimes. She is very understanding of the kids' needs. She doesn't turn everything into a big deal, she just goes with the flow, which makes the kids more flexible that way. Overall I am satisfied with Educational Playcare. more

I absolutely LOVE Educational Playcare! My three children have been attending since last Summer and I'm really happy with the quality of childcare that they provide. The instructors are friendly and keep the kids busy and engaged all day. I love their tadpoles website and they provide the children with lunch and snacks, which makes things easier on me. They're a bit pricier than other day cares in the the area but it's worth it and my children never want to leave when I come to pick them up. Educational Playcare is clean and organized and their hours are flexible and exactly what I need. The staff is amazing and so are their facilities, I could not be happier. more

I have been going to Educational Playcare ever since they opened, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have two of my children there. My oldest child goes before and after school. She goes on field trips in the summer time, and she enjoys them. The staff are always very helpful, always outgoing. If you have a problem, they're willing to help you out. They're very good, loyal. And they're in tune with each child. There have been some changes here and there with staffing, but overall my experience is great. I love the different things they do with the children, like sign language and Spanish. The curriculum is fantastic. They are a wonderful group of people. more

One of my favorite things about Educational Playcare is that they provide the children with healthy meals. My son eats better at school than he does at home and they're able to get him to eat healthy alternatives. They're also peanut free, so that's great for any parent who isn't sure if their children has peanut allergies. The instructors are helpful, intelligent, and understanding and they always update me about my son's well-being. I'm able to call the teachers with any concerns and they're very friendly and helpful. My son transferred to Educational Playcare a month ago from another daycare and he used to cry when I left while the teachers had to distract him, but at Educational Playcare, he waves goodbye and doesn't care if I leave. This makes me happy and I know he's having a lot of fun and learning a lot. I definitely made the right choice by switching to Educational Playcare. more

I've used Educational Playcare twice. First I used them in a different town for a year. Then we moved and used a different daycare until an Educational Playcare opened up here. We've been using the second location for 7 months. They're very communicative and I'm very happy with them. more

I have been sending my daughter to Educational Playcare for about four or five months now. I love how involved with the family they are. I love how much my daughter learns. She is actually happy to go there. She does not want to leave when I come to get her. The teachers are awesome, caring and compassionate. Everybody there is really wonderful. I have nothing bad to say. Educational Playcare has provided one of the best daycare experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them. more

My family moved to the area recently and we were looking for educational services for my daughters. From the moment we toured the facility Educational Playcare has been amazing. They have been wonderful and made the transition very easy for my daughters and us. The willingness of the teachers to talk to you has been amazing and it's very helpful with little ones. My two-year-old has been going to Educational Playcare for six months and I've had a good experience with them. The kids do a lot of different activities that keep them stimulated and I get a daily report on my phone from the instructors. I love getting pictures of my daughter on a daily basis. They provide meals and snacks for the kids and this saves me a lot of time as a busy parent. Her teachers Ms. May and Ms. Allie are great, my daughter loves them and she's learning a lot! For the quality of care, the price is reasonable. I recommend Educational Playcare if you're looking for a good daycare program. more

I have recommended Educational Playcare multiple times and will continue to recommend them to any parents looking for the right daycare for their children. I currently have two children, soon to be three, going to Educational Playcare and I can tell that teachers and staff there really care for them. Our children were going to a different daycare before and after seeing that my son was being fed with foods that he was allergic to, I decided that it was time to take them out of there and bring them to Educational Playcare. At Educational Playcare, they are very aware of his allergies and I haven't had any issues with my son getting sick from anything they've given him. They are very attentive to the children as well as the parents; they constantly keep us in contact and informed about what's going on with our kids. One time our son had tripped and fallen at the daycare and ended up needing five stitches on his head. They notified me and did some emergency care on his injury. They did a fantastic job of keeping him calm throughout the ordeal. The teachers themselves are just spectacular; my kids have been enrolled since February and started out in the infant room and moved up to the preschool class for my oldest and each of their teachers have been so wonderful. They know how to keep the children happy and engaged and maintain a thriving environment for my kids. I cannot speak highly enough about Educational Playcare and will definitely be enrolling my newest one there! more

Educational Playcare is just absolutely fabulous! It's a good program, it keeps my kid engaged all day. He enjoys going there and is excited to see the staff and other kids there. He's been going since September and it has been a great all around experience. I highly recommend them, the staff is fabulous, the center is well run and secure, the kids are safe and engaged and my son has learned a lot since he has been going there. more

My kids have been to other childcare places but Educational Playcare is by far the best. They provide very personalized care and pay a lot of attention to each individual child. The environment that Educational Playcare provides is very personal, like a family environment, and is very family-oriented. The amount of activities that they do for even the youngest child is just incredible. They're always teaching and expanding their horizons. Their tuition is a little bit more expensive than some but is, in my opinion, very worth it. My children have been enrolled for only about five months now but I would tell any parent that Educational Playcare is amazing. more

Educational Playcare is an exceptional daycare center because of their devotion to students and staff alike. My 2 year old daughter has attended other daycare places in the past, and many had extremely high staff turnover rates simply because management had no interest in their staff's well being. At Educational Playcare, they place professional development as a high priority. When I send my child somewhere else for care, I want the people looking after her to be happy, and the staff at Educational Playcare certainly are. The only thing more important to Educational Playcare than the staff are the children that attend. They provide healthy meals, and are very attentive to their needs. My daughter's teacher is especially dedicated to her job. She can tell if my daughter is going through anything because she notices any changes in her behavioral patterns. Sending my daughter to Educational Playcare has been a very positive experience. more
