Never Delivered Valentine's Purchase 2/15/2012

I have ordered from several EA's around, the area never the pearland location until this Valentine's Day. Decided to send my mother something different and healthy. Great idea except this location never delivered the gift basket or called. Called the next day, they gave a refund and no explanation. Also had a basket delivered to my wife from another location and everything worked out great. I do recommend EA just not this pearland location. They never offered to send a basket out, terrible customer service. I would never use them again for any special day! more

I looked everywhere online for a birthday surprise to send my best friend. I didn't want to order the standard bouquet of flowers that would only look nice sitting on her desk for a couple days. Edible arrangements was the perfect solution! I had never used them before and was very happy with their service. They have a huge selection of delicious and creative arrangements for that unique gift. I chose a cake shape container with a bouquet of fresh pineapple and chocolate covered strawberries. She absolutely loved it and so did her coworkers:) Presentation was impeccable and delivery flawless. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Pearland:) more
