My wife and I had just gotten married and moved into an apartment in Clinton. We had just gotten jobs and were very excited when we were able to save enough money to buy a queen sized bed after sleeping on my old double since we had gotten married a few months before. We bought a bed across town and used uhaul to transport it about a mile to our apartment. When signing the paperwork for the rental, I told the worker that I didn't want to pay for insurance since it was such a short trip. I had to sign a waiver to not pay for insurance which I did. They charged me anyway. When my wife called them about the bill, they called her a liar. She called me crying so I went to the store and showed them the waiver. The owner said there was nothing he could do after uhaul had processed the charge. The girl that worked there was extremely rude and accused me of making everything up. That was a very tight period of time for us - we didn't have much play in our budget so we had to sell a wedding gift in order to make rent that month because of that charge. Very poor customer service.
