Eco Friendly Carpet Cleaning

My mom saw an ad in her local neighborhood paper the other day and decided to give ""Father & Son Carpet Care"" a call. The ad said they would clean ""Any 2 Rooms (includes pre-spot and deodorizing) for $29.95 - Reg. $69.00"". Well, they came in, cleaned the two rooms she asked them to (and almost a third one before she stopped them) and they made her pay $90, not the $29.95 they promised in the ad!!!! (And not even between $68 and $70 like the ad said their REGULAR price was!!!! They also did not move the furniture like she asked them to and wouldn't clean the rooms in the order she asked them to. My mom is a frail senior citizen and was too intimidated to argue the extra $60+ they charged her. You better believe the consumer advocates are going to hear about this company!!! I even had to do some research just to find out their names and address, because they have no contact information at all on their ad, their truck, or their contract. It is a phone number only (and nothign at all on the truck). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! In my opinion, they are a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Pros: NONE!!! Cons: Yes, they are cons!!! They don't deliver for the price promised in their ads!!! more

I have a 3 1/2 year old toddler that keeps me on my toes, and my carpet mighty dirty. I have it cleaned on aver. every 3-4 months, and until now, I had not found a carpet cleaning service that worked for me. My son recently developed all kinds of different allergies, and my job to find the right carpet cleaning service got even more tedious. Eco Friendly Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended to me by a very good friend, so I gave them a try. I have to tell you that I couldn't be happier! They got to my home on time, used eco friendly products that won't agitate my son's allergies, got some major stains off and best of all, my carpet was dry within a few hours! It always takes DAYS for it to clean. I don't know what type of carpet cleaning machine they use, but it's better than the truck mounted service I've used in the past. It suctions all the water right off my carpet. I loved their professionalism and the fact that they asked me to check room and ok it before they left. I am passing on a highly recommended place in case you're in need of one yourself. You won't be dissapointed! Pros: Eco friendly products, prices, professionalism Cons: Not always available ... usually pretty booked! more
