my car got impounded by lancaster city police this place towed it. i had to pay 200 to get it out and low and behold they broke my driver side window. when i addressed it they said i broke in there and broke my window. they said it wasn't their responsibility and i need to take care of it or get a lawyer nice! they were rude and manipulative. they damaged my car and then covered it up. really bad people!!!!! more

Stay away from this company!!! Run as fast as you can. They're shady and lack professionalism and common decency needed to be an asset to the human race. This man would not answer any questions without raising his voice or cursing. This place is very unpleasant to work with and definitely NOT there to make anything easy. I wonder how many civil law suits are against them. more
