Good Job, Good Price, Quick Turnaround 6/30/2011

Had a two year-old LG 42"" LCD that stopped working (unit getting power, but screen not coming on). Took it in and they fixed it (power supply issue) for $120 and had it back to me the next day. Charged $45 diagnostic fee (non-refundable) when I dropped it off, but that applied towards the repair cost and seemed fair to me. more

Bad Customer Service 12/28/2007

They had our 42""plasma t.v. for 4 weeks and never bothered to keep us updated. They did not call one time, we had to call them and see what was wrong with the t.v. They said nothing was wrong with it and sent it home. It acted up and we ended up sending it back again. Currently waiting one week with no phone call. Pros: Guy who picked up the t.v. was nice. Cons: Does not keep customer updated more
