Well, I don't know what kind of PT you need, but Lisa Gomez over at Eastside Sports Rehab is really good. They are not that far from Seattle. Just at the I-405 exit.
So, if the condition is serious, recommend you see someone there. I've heard lots of horror stories and these folks have taken quite a few of ACL-challenged folks from zero back to 110% of athletic ability.
