Sent my paint pump to EPR for work through Kelly Moore. I got a phone call saying it would be $786 to repair the pump and it would not be worth it. Here is where it got weird - it would cost me $43 to have the pump returned to the store or they would charge me nothing and trash the pump. I found out this meant they would keep it and use the parts. I paid the $43 ransom to get the pump back. I found out the repair parts on the estimate were the wrong parts for the machine. I took the pump off and sent it to another company to repair at a cost of $142. Does this sound like a shop you want working on your pump? No paperwork was given to me by Kelly Moore describing the service or fees.
