I went to see Dr. Nguyen last year when he worked at East Wichita Dentist. He told me that the cause of a cavity was due to receding gums, even though I knew it was caused by a previous dentist spacing my teeth and knocking my filling out. I let him fill the cavity and noticed later on that he had made a notch all the way around the front of my tooth digging into my root and is now causing pain. The notch is very low on my tooth. The gum on the other side of my mouth at the same tooth is even higher up and there is no notch whatsoever. It is very apparent when comparing both teeth that the notch is not supposed to be there. He damaged my tooth most likely to get repeat business. Whats funny is that I was looking to get braces at the time, and if he would have done the work properly I would have went with them. Do not go to this dentist He does not look after the well being of his patients. more

I live within Wichita, KS. I usually visit Dr. Thomas Fankhauser, he's this type of great cosmetic dentist. They've completely removed my fears of visiting the dentist. I will recommend East Wichita Dentist to everybody I recognize. more

Gentle Dentist 3/28/2012

Have you ever been terrified of going to the dentist? I am most certainly one of those dental phobia people. I am so fortunate (and so is my mouth) that I found Dr. Thomas Fankhauser. Many of my friends said that their visit to Dr. Thomas Fankhauser was pain free, and I completely agree. Dr. Thomas Fankhauser is a very calm and patient cosmetic dentist, and I have never experienced any type of anxiety or discomfort during his visits. Every visit that I have had to East Wichita Dentist here in Wichita, KS ends up with me feeling completing relieved. more
