East Road Adult Home is one of the worst I've ever seen. Understaffed and overworked employees, too many residents that should be in Nursing Homes, NOT at an Adult Home. Eighteen residents per one employee. I would never allow anyone that I cared about, to reside there.
Cons: too many residents, not enough staff
