There was this work van that was driving here in Lancaster, PA around Leola. Texas plates with the license being...BPR 0601 White van. This person was tail gating me and I had to get to the side of the road. Scared me to death. I mean why were they in such a hurry. It was about 10:30p.m. today April 28, 2013
