Our Hyundai blew an engine so I called Bell Road Kia about trading the dead car for a new one - no problem. Our salesperson showed me the cars I was interested in, he did not try to up sell me into a car I did not want and was happy to start the paperwork for our new Spectra5 after we decided to buy it. As it was late, we drove the car home unwashed and nearly empty of gas, next morning I brought over the car, they washed it and filled the tank. During the financing part of our transaction I was told what our interest rate would be, and that is what we are paying. I requested a payment date that started 40 days after we bought the car and got that, nice because we were able to skip a payment on the Hyundai and so we had no car payment for a bit more than a month. All in all, our experience was very positive. During our phone interview from Kia, we ranked everything from the salesperson to our new car as outstanding.
