I've been working with Earl's performance Plumbing for a few years and they've done excellent work on my home, my son's home, and my husband's office. I call them and they immediately show up. They are courteous, professional, and they know what they're doing. Anytime I have issues I call them. We've had to redo our kitchen sink and I had Donnie pick out my fixtures for me because I didn't want to go shopping for them. He has incredible taste! more

I have used Earl's Performance Plumbing for many things. I have a mobile home and a stick home. They put in a new water system for me in the mobile home. No more galvanized pipes! They have also installed a water heater and filter system on the pump house. They take care of any frozen pipes and after the 2008 fire, they fixed my tank that had been burned up. All of the work that they do is very high quality. I am very satisfied with them. more

I've had Earl's Performance Plumbing under contract for many years and this is the first complaint I've had about them. They've put in a new hot water, Toto toilets, ADA toilets, and keep my sinks running. They're always fantastic and we get preferred services which means they get to doing work within a couple of hours. more

Had a very frustrating experience with these guys a couple of weeks ago. There was a misunderstanding, and another miscommunication, and just a bunch of things that led up to a horrible experience. I tried a few different plumbers, and ended up with WORSE experiences. So I read an email from their online guy, that sort of explained things and offered some incentives to make things right. At this point, I was beyond frustrated (had an entire bathroom backed up for more than a week) and was ready to try anything.\r Made the appt in the morning via email with online Steve, then they called and confirmed (phone Steve,) The tech arrived exactly when he said he would, was a pleasure to be around, and had my problem fixed in minutes, at a heavily discounted rate.\r \r I will definitely call these guys again, and would recommend them to anyone I know. The plumber came and quoted a price "by the job" rather than time and materials. I thought the prices were exorbitant. After I told him what we needed, he spent an hour looking for parts to repair a toilet, which you'd think he'd have with him. Then, after I told him the water was shut off, he spent 15 minutes outside the house looking for the shutoff. He fixed two toilets for nearly $300! Another plumber a few weeks later did a similar job for about $100. And Earl's will also try to sell you a membership to its club - which is nothing but a ripoff more

I have a rental in Chico, CA and live in Sacramento. I have had generally negative experiences with businesses in Chico. So, when my tenants told me that the hot water heater wasn't working, I was worried. I searched the internet for a well-rated company and chose Earl's. Even at that, I was pleasantly surprised. They went out the same day with a two-hour window, showed up on time, called me with the problem & the fixed price, fixed it, charged it to my credit card, sent me a copy of the receipt (received the following day)...and then...drum roll please...sent me a thank you note for using their service with their business card. I will definitely use them again (and again and again). Now, I don't dread getting the call from the tenants about a plumbing issue. I just call Earl's!!! Love them.
