We replaced a deck on the side of our house and the building department wanted us to get a plot survey done for the permit. We chose to try Sean, with Eagle Land Surveying. He did communicate well and showed up on time the day scheduled. This was in January...it's now May. He never followed through, to give us the plot plan. To his credit, he never billed us either...but why someone would come out...do the work, and then not deliver on the paperwork is beyond my comprehension. He knows my number by this point...and just doesn't answer. This one is a mistery, but I would not recomend this company.
