Eagle Automotive Service

I drive by Eagle Automotive every day on my way to/from work. I needed an oil change, my 60k mile check up and a sound I couldn't place fixed. I didn't want to go to a dealer because I feel like dealers are shady. So I looked online to find the best reviews of a shop near my house and this was it. I sent an email asking a few questions in which they responded to quickly and I easily made an appointment online. I went in to drop off my car at 7am and they offered me a ride. They called a few hours later, so I wasn't worrying all day, and told me in detail what needed to be done to get my car up to par. I knew I had a bit of work to complete and thought it would cost a lot and I would be without a car for a week or so. It ended up being cheaper than I thought and they fixed it by the time I got off work the next day! When I picked my car up the explained everything they did in detail. They were closing in a few minutes and didn't try to rush me out. It was great to drive away feeling confident in the work done. My car is sounding and running great! I highly recommend Eagle Automotive for their friendly, honest, professional and awesome service. Thanks guys! more

I had a problem with My cooling system only a couple of days before Xmas.With no appointment, I took My vehicle to Eagle Automotive, and they attended to the problem right away. They did an extensive diagnosis , and found the heart of the problem in very timely manner , and I was pleasantly surprised on the amount charged for their service ! more

I was in the market for a new used truck and I wanted to get a mechanics honest opinion, as you know good mechanics that are honest are not at all easy to come by. I was referred to this great shop and was not at all disappointed. The shop technician Shane was amazing he took the time to tell me what he checked and why. Also, he took the time to show me what I would have to fix on the truck and how much I expected to to pay in services on the truck. I don't live anywhere near this shop but I will go out of my way to go there for all of my mechanical needs in the future. more

The service, reliability, and warranties they offer is better then any other shop I have found. They are happy to answer any questions you may have, and they even called to find out if I wanted something else fixed that they found upon doing the original repair. I am happy to recommend them when a friend asks where to take a car for repairs. more

My 2001 VW Jetta, which had the electrical short, runs better now then it ever did in the past.\r I am very impressed that Eagle did in one visit, what the dealer could not fix after several visits. \r \r It has not stalled or died once, since they fixed the problem and it starts right up every time we turn on the ignition switch.\r \r Once again we would commend your crew and your mechanics for a super job and are planning to bring all our vehicles to your business in the future. \r \r We will highly recommend Eagle to anyone we know. more

I took my 1998 Durango in to Eagle Automotive with an electrical issue. I had the car at a local dealer and they were recommending a new computer at $2300!!!!! Eagle found a problem with a sensor that was causing the issue the computer was fine! I recommend eagle to every one with a car, I'll never take my vehicle any where else. I took my vehicle to eagle automotive last month and, I've never had such wonderful service from any other auto repair facility in the past. They offer shuttle rides and loaner cars, which really helps when my cars being worked on. The nice thing about them is that they actually want to build a relationship with you and care about you and your vehicle.
