HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I picked up my rental car, it was damaged on EVERY panel and was marked as such. When I drove away, I noticed the back door rattled NON-STOP - even at 10MPH. I considered returning it, but had to get to an appointment. Cons: crappy vehicles, rude staff that has no problem accusing you of wrecking their crappy cars more

EZ Rent a Car - Dallas Airport--- HORRIBLE !!!! STAY AWAY!!! Bad customer service! 8/29/2007

STAY AWAY!!!! They schmooze you in with cheap prices and then switch on you! They rented us a car with dangerously LOW tires - when we realized it the next day we had someone come out and switch the car with another one - only to find out on our credit card statement they charged us for tire damage when they gave us a car in the first place with crappy tires. Horrible customer service! Try to pass you off to everyone. Don't do business with them! Pros: Zip , zero Cons: EVERYTHInG! Trust me! more
