As a DFA for six years I have mixed reviews for EDP. You can't beat the pay (except I would love to take less for medical benefits). We have five uniforms now so that helps out. The work can be hard at times but could be much more tolerable if the cooks and building mangers didn't treat us like we are beneath them. I get that putting the meal out is the most important thing but we would be shut down with no meals going out if the dfa's weren't doing their jobs correctly. There are two other things that really get to me. First I hate doing other's jobs becuase I got mine done and they are to slow to get theirs done. Second, we DO WORK HARD and we do deserve our breaks. We shouldn't have to fight and beg so hard for you to give us our breaks that we have earned!!!
