I ordered sandals online and received an order confirmation that correctly reflected my order. I received the wrong size, but was told that it actually was the right size. Taken aback that a stranger seemed to think she knew what size I needed more than I did, I explained that iI ordered the same size as the one on the box of another pair I own in a different color and which fit perfectly. I was then told the size I wanted was unavailable. i returned the sandals and asked for a refund of the sandals cost, and the original and return shipping cost, since I didn't get the shoes I ordered. i was told "We will be very happy to refund your order. But, we did not do anythng wrong. So we can not refund the freight." I emailed with a very civil explanation of the reasons why it was their fault and I should have shipping costs refunded.
