Dynasty Restaurant

Good: Nice sized place with two atmospheres, inside for oldies & outside for hip hop so its like a 2fer. i love that idea// Drinks are decent & fairly priced. Bad: MUSIC WAAAAAAY TO LOUD!! I could barely give the waitress my order! Then the food was HORRENDOUS! soggy fries & overcooked fish. And the waitress wasnt even allowed to bring drinks to my table! I mean, why even have a waitress at all?. Improvements: Better DJ, with knowledge of club/bar appropriate decibels. More waitresses, one is not enough for a crowded room. Cover charge here should NEVER be over $5, $10 at the most! And add a few more heat lamps outside on the cold nights.... Other: This place will continue to be a last resort for a bad night.. more

This is one of my favorite spots during happy hours. I love the music and entertainers that I have seen there. The food is also very good. Management can use some restructuring however, I have never encountered any problems there. Sanitation issues need to be addressed which is something I highly recommend. more

I first went here on 1-9-2010 to celebrate my Birthday with my wife and close friends. It was nice! The music in the front was old school jams, and the music in the back was current R&B jams. I personally had a great time there and will return again soon. The drinks were strong (Not Watered Down)and the food was good too, so you get what you pay for. I have to say, it's worth me driving 50 miles to have a good time. C Ya Soon! more

with all that goes on in this city it's a wonderful change of pace when you visit Dynasty. but,.... bruthaz we need to do a better job of respecting ourselves, others, and the hook upz that may lead to positive outcomez. stop haten....... more

Great place to go if you just got out of jail or spent your last welfare check getting your nails done. Ghetto doesn't say enough. There has got to be a happy medium between trash and snobbery for decent people in there 30s. This is NOT it! more

first impression..."so this is where all the old skool pimps and playas hang out" lol It was extremely packed and crowded, when you 1st walk in SPOT LIGHT is on you, everyone at the bar is looking at you, it's dark and crowded. Once you pass up the bar and side tables you can cross the very tiny dance floor (yes you have to walk ON the floor to get past, just two step your way across, and people will be watching you) then there are a few tables to sit at if you get there early enough. Old school music is in that first room. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE: you can go out the back down the hallway and there's a decent sized outside area, where they play all the R&B and HipHop of today. They have a fair amount of setting outside, from a big plush couch on your left to high stool bar type tables and other seating towards the back. The dance area is MUCH bigger outside. It gets very cold so ladies if you have on open toed shoes beware. You must take a jacket too. The food is good. We ordered the fried shrimp with fries and some huge chicken wings. ALl good and very hot! It's a cool place to go to people watch or get your boogie on. If you're looking for young tenders NOPE this might not be the place for you. But old skool playas and playettes? then yes. You know the women who wear short skirts and cut off shirts to match with their belly's hanging out. Yeah them. I enjoyed myself and all my friends did too. You can at least get your clown on, drink on and eat on. That's what a nite out is supposed to be right ;) more

Dynasty is definitely not what folks would call upscale or a club filled with people with their nose in the air. It has a down home feel with a demographic of primarily Black from 25 to 55 years. There is a small percentage of Asian,Native American,Whites and Hispanics whom also party strong at Dynasty. The class entail thugs to professionals. I personally met police, celebrities, nurses and pharmacist at Dynasty. It is also not unusual to meet Tookie or Lil Capone there, lol. Club is clean and security is good. Overall people are friendly and mature.The best night appears to be Fridays. The food is lauded. A negatives unequivocally and conspicuously is the music. The DJs at Dynasty is marginal at best or Wack! The club has a HipHop side and Oldies side. Both sides have boring DJs. I'm being nice about music too! The bar system can be tedious process. The club's liquor dispensing and waitress system can be a bit slow. Overall, Dynasty is average with potential to be great if music and bar situations are mitigated. more

I love DyNasty!!! I go there on Thursdays first thursday of the month when I get my check and !st Fridays to spend the rest of my check!!! I always dance the night away!!! You must dress to impress and it is on and cracking!!! I love DyNASTY!! more

I once was a frequent patron of the Current Affair and now I'm frequenting the Dynasty Restaurant/Club. I'm normally there on Thursdays and Fridays. I enjoy the atmosphere, the band on Thursdays and meeting/partying with friends I've known for years and just recently met. I'm single so I really get my party on. I'm usually at at the bar and Connie is my favorite waitress. The olny disapointment is seeing some of the patrons departing the club finding their vehicle towed from the Bank of America. more

Dynasty, is indeed a clean club. This a club for the working people to unwind and to meet old or new people. the dance floor could be larger, the bathroom also. people that are walking past the dance floor , should have a walking route as not to walk on the dance floor while people are dancing and getting their swing on, which is rude and pushing. the bartenders are up to speed. Giving Dynasty a little more dance space and the music turntable was working right, we would be having a dam good time. more

I have been going to Dynasty since it opened a few years ago. I prefer Friday nites because it's more of the after work crowd. I am not that old (37), but I enjoy the music and the ambiance. I'll agree with Christie M. that there are the sugar daddies and baller ballers, but they are pretty harmless. I go twice a month to just chill with my girlfriends and have a couple of drinks. If you are looking for a place with an older, mature crowd and are tired of the young meat markets, then I'd invite you to come check it out for yourself. I haven't experienced any shootings or fights since I've been going. more

Never heard about Dynasty,until I met this guy at another club,I love the oldies they play,but I don't like the room in the back,the people are mature the food is good,drinks ok,but I can say I've been on a Friday,Saturday and on a Tuesday and a Wednesday I prefer going there on the weekends,don't like it during the week,I do have a good time on the weekends more

Dear Christie, They say the opinions are like a__holes...we all have one! I don't know how old you are but obviously you are NOT well informed. Dynasty Restaurant and Lounge was voted the BEST entertainment spot in the city of Inglewood. They have great entertainment and wonderful food. Don't we all wish we could see TUPAC and/or BIGGIE there!!!!! Get a grip on reality!! more

When you go to this club make sure you have a full metal jacke t on and a bullet proof vest. This is the sugar daddy and baller baller spot when you are looking for dirty dog. The men here are cute but nasty triffeling trash. I am married so this is what I heard.HAHAHA,,,BUt I heard on some Tuesday's it goes down up in there. So be careful and watch out for the Tupac's and biggie's because sometimes fools can cut up and act stupid. So otherwise have fun. more
