The 2 gentlemen that came to clean the dryer vent (from the dryer to the roof-2nd floor townhouse vents out roof) were very professional, on time, and efficient. I called another company that did not return my call for 2 days, Mr Duct called back immediately and scheduled and completed service within 24 hrs. This is a yearly maintenance for me, Mr Duct will be my solution.
