Good place for dogs 12/25/2005

If you have a dog, then you will love the durham dog park. here your dog can ahv the opportunit to get to know other dogs in your area, and play. Living in an apartment I really look to the dog park as the place for my dog t get the social interaction taht he needs. he meets other dogs and has a great time. more

Amazing place for dogs! 9/6/2005

Dog Parks in Durham seem to be few, but with Durham Dog Park you don’t need any others. My dog and I always have a great time here. She is a small dog and is often intimidated by larger dogs, and this park has separate areas for large and small dogs. People are very friendly here and seem to all enjoy themselves. more

Get out with your dog! 9/1/2005

I love the Durham Dog Park almost as much as my dog does! It's such a great facility for the dogs to run off leash, and also a great way to meet other people in the area. Dog owners are so friendly! It's located on Woodcroft Parkway in the Piney Woods Park and is very easy to find--just follow the sounds of good times being had by all! There are separate areas for large and small dogs and also "program" space, which you can use for one on one time training your dog. Poop bags and trash cans are abundant and for the most part folks are pretty good about picking up after their pets. more
