We just finished purchasing a home with the help of Dunlap Mortgage and found them to be open, honest, responsive,accessible and appreciative beyond measure. Eric was extremely patient in explaining all of the shadings and nuances of the mountains of paper that came our way. What could have been a process laden with drudgery and confusion, was instead fun and educational. Without reservation, my wife and I would recommend the services of Dunlap Mortgage to anyone. Best customer service I've received 3/21/2006

We worked with Dunlap Mortgage on a recent re-fi and they were the most honest, transparent, responsive, and appreciative broker we have ever encountered (and we have financed and re-financed homes many times). Kelly Dunlap was the first broker I've known to explain every charge in detail, patiently answer our extensive questions, and really go to bat for us to get the best rates and any available discounts. I highly, highly recommend Dunlap Mortgage. Plus, the owners are savvy Portland natives and know the area inside and out - especially valuable for new arrivals. more
