I bought a very expensive Market Umbrella ($350 ON SALE!!!!) from them in September 2007. It broke after opening it only 12 times. Dunk and Bubble lost their copy of the sales receipt (great record keeping). They were very willing to help me until they learned that I couldn't find my receiept (I assumed they would have theirs for reference). After learing this, they dropped faster than a decaying fish. Funny thing was after I got this rude service from Dunk and Bubble, I called the Umbrella maker. The worst part was I paid cash so I didn't have a credit card receipt to back it up. Not only could they verify that Dunk and Bubble had that particular umbrella, but they could even tell me the order number that it arrived on. Since THEY verified that I bought the umbrella at Dunk and Bubble, they are making a great effort to fix the problem. When I told the company how much Dunk and Bubble sold the umbrella for, they were embarrassed and apologetic. Bottom line, DUNK & BUBBLE sells their merchandise way over what the manufacturer recommends and does NOT stand behind what they sell. They gave me the line of ""If anything goes wrong just bring it back. We fix everything we sell!"" Come to find out that their employee that 'fixes' their furniture left them last season. So much for empty promises. You can do better than Dunk and Bubble. I had to wait an hour to buy the umbrella and then they can't even find the receipt for the transaction. They are a waste of your time. There are other business' who will actually appreciate when a person trusts them with their business.
Pros: is convenient to Littleton, where I live
Cons: overpriced, awful service, does stand behind their sale, will stand behind their products
