Felipe meticulously cleaned all ducts, a clogged dryer vent and the furnace. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was done the way it should be. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He was extremely polite and professional. more

Excellent, professional service 10/14/2013

On October 10th Mike w/Ductworks did a great job of cleaning the supply and return ducts in out house, including the trunk lines that were accessible in our unfinished basement. He also cleaned our dryer vent line. After I gave him an initial walk-through to show the scope of work to be performed, he laid down drop-cloths and sat portable corner guards to protect the finishes at areas where power cords and hoses would be laid. In all instances Mike was as thorough as possible and was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ductworks and Mike in particular to provide duct cleaning services. more

Professional & Thorough 10/12/2013

Ernesto was a very professional, competent and friendly technician. His job was to run the bore scope thru a very confusing duct system to answer some questions for us. He called to ask if he could come early, which was great for our schedule. He set up his equipment, took some initial pictures after we explained what we wanted to achieve, then deployed the scope into various vents, recording what we were seeing. We were disappointed that the distance function was not working as that would have been very helpful in our situation, but Ernesto completed his tasks very efficiently in spite of that. His explanations of what we were seeing, coupled with his experience and knowledge helped us make decisions we needed to make. We would highly recommend Ernesto for bore scoping work. more

Excellent, professional, and considerate job by Mike. 10/8/2013

The air ducts had never been cleaned since the house was built 15 years ago. When we moved in, we finished the basement which added a lot of dust to what was already present. Since we have off-white carpet, I was concerned about what duct cleaning would do to it. Mike, however, did a marvelous job of ensuring that none of the dirt got on the carpet. He explained the process, did a walk through, answered all my questions, washed the furnace blower (which was filthy), and turned what I feared would be an aggravating experience into a very professional one. Mike's a great representative for your company. more

Beats the competition 10/7/2013

I had Ductworks clean my ducts this time instead of Monstervac. Not only was price competitive, but the service technician Marcio worked 5 times as hard and did 5 times as much work as the competitor. I will be happy recommend to my friends and family. more

Felipe was great! 10/5/2013

This is the second time that I have had Ductworks clean out my air ducts at my Centennial Home. The first time was October of 2009 and it had never been done before. The house was built in 1964 and I had bought April of 2009, but by October I was about to sell it. Why? I was getting sick and my allergies had gone crazy. However, we first decided to spend the money to clean the ducts. That was the fix, so we have it done every four years, since we keep dogs in the house. Felipe was courteous and knowledgeable. He did everything possible to keep from dragging mud onto my hardwood floors and things were cleaner after he left than they were before. You should request him, but you also use Ductworks. more

Great Work! 10/3/2013

Our technician, Sani, did an excellent job cleaning out all our ducts, returns and two furnaces. While it's a very pricey job, they offer the best deal. Sani, spent the entire day cleaning and had lots of pictures to show us, that made me very happy we decided to have this job done! The air in our home smells much more fresh and our whole family is having significantly less allergy problems. Overall, a great service at a fair price. more

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. While setting the appointment, questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. On the day of the appointment, Felipe arrived ready to work. He was considerate in covering his boots and all floor surfaces. He explained the process in detail, and he was polite in his demeanor. Photographs were taken before and after, showing the effort that went into his work. At the end of the appointment, he was sincere as he thanked me for my business. In all, it was a fair price to pay for a thorough job and excellent customer service. Thanks for all your help! more

Felipe, the technician arrived on time and began working promptly. He explained the procedure to me and provided me with pictures on completion of the interior cleaning and again on completion of the crawl space cleaning. Thoughtful, excellent work 9/29/2013

Our Ductwork representative, Felipe, was right on time, diligent in his efforts and excellent in his performance and with results. In addition, he was most considerate in informing my wife and new mother, of where he was next going to be working so as to allow her always to move our baby daughter to a quieter part of the house. We couldn't ask for a better representative than Felipe! Ductworks is and will remain our choice for residential air duct work. Nicely done! more

Nick called to alert us he was running late due to traffic on 36. Received full report on status of our vents. Had a glitch several days later when heat didn't come on. Called Ductworks and they promptly made arrangements with Haywood Plumbing to assess and correct the problem, at no cost to us, which they did. more

BREATHE EASIER! 9/28/2013

We were sneezing a lot as well as the children we care for. We are renters but knew our air quality was extremely low. After hearing April Susbaugh on KOA recommend Ductworks we knew where to go. Soli just finished cleaning our ducts and we are already breathing easier! Soli was professional and courteous, even showing us pictures he took of before and after. We are well satisfied and look forward to a more efficient air flow this winter season! THANK YOU DUCTWORKS!!! more
