My service man Anthony arrived on time as scheduled, introduced himself very politely, and reviewed the work he would be performing, and insured that all floors and furniture were protected. The entire cleaning process lasted for approximately eight hours, and was completed to perfection. I might add that we were given a seniors discount. I would gladly reccommend this company's job performance and prices above all others. NOTE: If you have dogs or cats, I suggest that they be taken to a location away from the home for the duration of the cleaning process. It does get very loud and noisy during the cleaning. more

We recently purchased this home a year ago and decided to get the furnace cleaned and found construction material in it so immediately realized the need to get the ducts cleaned. The construction workers left all kinds of stuff in them to include soda pop cans. The ducts and furnace had never been cleaned. Needless to say the house was dusty and we had some perpetual sinus problems as a result. We are thankful for Ductworks and Jul for coming out and taking care of everything efficiently, thoroughly and with a smile. Thank you! more

Pro's - Marcio was friendly and respectful. Most interactions with Ductworks over the phone were personable and professional. Gave $35 discount to make up for being late, I didn't ask for it but it was a nice gesture I appreciated the sentiment. - Marcio was quick, clean, trustworthy, helpful. Great work! Con's - When I called other places to schedule they were available within a few days...Ductworks was booked and I had to wait 3 weeks to get the job done. Not a big deal, and this may speak to their popularity, but still a little annoying. - Whomever took my address when I scheduled wrote it wrong, causing the work to get started 30 minutes late. Again, not a huge deal just inconvenient and pushed my busy morning back. Would be nice if they confirmed address when confirming the appointment or if they got accurate directions prior to leaving. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use Ductworks again, would recommend them to others. Thanks! more

Great value for the cost 10/21/2011

I was very pleased with the service we received from Ductworks. Ductworks called the day before to confirm the time. Felipe the technician arrived at the agreed upon time and worked most of the day in opening up the ducts and thoroughly cleaning the ducts and furnace blower. At the end of the process, he checked the furnace to make sure all was OK. more

Jul was great to work with, called before hand to say he was on he way. When he arrived we did a walk thru the house and he explained exactlly what he would be doing, then got right to work. After he had finished he showed me before and after photos of the ducts. Jul was very professional and very friendly, we hit it off right from the start. GREAT JOB!! more

When we turned on the heat for the first time this year we did not have that dusty, musty smell. The duct cleaning has reduced the amount of dust on the furniture and in the air. Great job and very hard worker. more

We had scheduled a cleaning and had asked to be put on the cancelation list just in case they had a cancelation. They called us a few days later with an opening. They sent out Marcio to help us with our cleaning. Marcio was very nice to work with. He came in and did the job very well. We will most definitely be having Ductworks back out for any of our cleaning needs. more

Once he found our house, he was very respectful and pleasant to work with. He put in a long day and we used our furance today and no dust. Extremely satisfied with the final results. The Duck Works technician that came to my house was very professional and easy to work with. He fully explained what he would be doing, what to expect,and how long it would take to complete the work. I saw several of the vents and furnace before and after cleaning. I was amazed how spotless and clean they were. After seeing what was in the ducts I realized what awful air my family was breathing when the furnace and air conditioning was running. What also shocked me was all the leftover materials the home builder left in the ducts. Glad to have all of that debris out of the ducks. Now feels like the air ducts had a thorough house cleaning. more
