Our story is very similar to so many others out there right now. Economy tanked. We fell on hard times and desperation led to poor financial choices. We quickly found ourselves facing bankruptcy and all the stigmas that go with it. Sagging under the weight of shame of swapping the American Dream for the American Nightmare, we contacted Allmand Law and began the process that was..... actually pretty painless! Everything was broken down for us in layman's terms. Fast forward 5 months into bankruptcy and we found ourselves once again uncertain, confused and worried. Bank of America was breathing down our neck again trying to bully us into a modification that would not benefit us. ~ I understand that we got ourselves into a situation where we would have to file chap. 13. That is fully on our shoulders. However, I cannot for the life of me understand a company so void of compassion and morals that is willing to throw all ethics out the window in order to squeeze more money out of people they've already bled dry, are still up and operating. I contacted Jacob Decker and after speaking many times with his wonderful assistant, Kimberly Myers, along with correspondence directly with him, my fears were allayed and I know we have someone in our corner for the long run.
Mr. Decker has been very direct and honest with us and I highly recommend him and Allmand Law if you ever find yourself in need of their type of services!
Many thanks their way!
