We have been working with a faulty conservatory for 13 years - the company stood behind the conservatory for many years coming out several times a year - never really fixing the problems just managing things. At one point they just stopped responding to our emails and calls. After writing several reviews a year ago they contacted us and said yes these are faulty in the porch we can fix this for a hefty price (over $30,000) or they could try a new item that may or may not fix the problem and it would cost us $5,000. We talked with a sales person about it and made a counter offer asking them to cover more of the costs since the problems have ALWAYS been there. He promised to get back with us in 2 weeks. I called a month later - no response - I called again - no response - I called the headquarters and ask if the person was ok explaining he was supposed to get back with us and did something happen to him - no response. It is now over a year and we will now go through another company - DO NOT USE this company they will not stand behind their work.
