They do a good job, but only accept self-marked alterations, which is so silly. Basically, they do not have someone available at the location to mark up the clothing to be altered. And, even if they do, they make it clear that it is not their responsibility to get it right!! Amazing.
That said, for fixing a hem, attaching a button, etc. (jobs that need no instruction) they have good prices and quick turnaround.
They also preserve wedding gowns very inexpensively.
