Best

Always ready on time. Good quality work. Go weekly, the one time that a shirt was lost, they were able to track it down.\r Much more reasonably priced than traditional cleaners.

upon arriving here from Texas, really didnt have a need to dryclean most of my clothing. i started a new job of which required uniforms. i rode past the site several times on telegraph rd. finally i decided to give dryclean depot a try. i only take my garments, pillows, comforters etc...to this location. i have a personal connection with the staff as well. always a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. thank you, dryclean depot my only cleaners! Horrible service, they will ruin your clothes 10/19/2011

Dry Clean Depot is bar far the worst business I have seen in years. We have using them for over 2 years and have experienced stains, missing buttons, lost clothes, our clothes given to others. Recently, I took a shirt off a hanger and it had a 4 inch tear in it. I contacted the cleaners and after about 5 calls finally talked to Mark the owner. He wanted to sew it up and see how it looks. Well, it looks like a 3 year old did the repair. Now I cannot get Mark on the phone, he is ""never"" in the store. I will never go back, what a disaster. more

RUN, DON'T WALK 12/11/2010

Run, don't walk away from this place. I took my favorite sweater there with a pin head size oil spot on it and it came back with a huge yellow brown spot that took up the front half of my sweater as well as the entire back half. I took it back twice. I was in their corporate office but was told the manager was only in from 7:00 A.M until 10:00 A.M. I was told he was at the other stores at the same time. This is called the run around. GO TO JANET DAVIS DRY CLEANERS. MAPLE AND LASER OR WOODWARD IN ROYAL OAK. more

Worst. Dry Cleaner. Ever. 1/12/2009

Avoid this place like the plague.\r \r They lost a pair of pants of mine and ruined a shirt, which they have refused to pay for.\r \r You get what you pay for...this place does crap work and has crap service. more

IT'S EASIER TO JUST GO BUY NEW CLOTHES 8/6/2008

It'll cost you 1.99 per garment, but when they are done putting holes, not removing stains, pressing your clothes incorrectly, and then refusing responsibility for their actions you'll have to replace your clothes. So to avoid thinking that it's cheap to go to this place it'll be expensive after you get you stuff back and replacing it.\r \r They put a hole in my shirt and refused responsiblity and refused to refund the value of the shirt. This....coming from the owner of the place, not an employee. AVOID AT ALL COST...I'M FINDING OUT THEY'VE DONE THIS BEFORE AND I'M NOT THE 1ST GUY TO GET SCREWED BY THEM. more

Patrons Beware They Ruin Clothes 10/16/2007

I recently took some garments into the dry clean depot to have them serviced. Usually they have done o.k work with my pants and shirts so i decided to see if they could dry clean one of my more expensive garments. The customer service guy assured me that it would not be a problem to dry clean the garment and left the article of clothing with the cleaners. Two days later when i went to pick up my dry cleaning i immediately went from the cleaners to my tailor to have some alterations done. When i took the garment out of the bag is when i noticed THAT THEY HAD RUINED MY EXPENSIVE SILK DRESS. It looks as if its been laundered and then stomped on. I took the dress back immediately and brought it to the mangers attention, to which he said "oh its just not pressed well. Let me redo it free of charge for you". Needless to say, i acquiesced and when i picked the garment up yesterday it looks worse. Now the owner is saying its not his fault and i brought the garment to him like that. Are you kidd more
