They just left our place and my husband and I couldn't be happier with Dry Carpet Cleaning. Bill is a first class professional and did an amazing job. He was very prompt at the estimate apt. and he called when running a bit behind because of traffic. He ended up doing our tile as well and it turned out better then we thought it could. Our place looks 20 years younger. more

Customer for life 12/13/2012

The guys were fantastic! I wasn't too optimistic about how well they could clean the carpet because it was really dirty! But they worked so hard and were determined to get every last spot. These gentlemen were consummate professionals. My carpet looks new and it smells really pleasant. I have pets and children and as a Mom I was concerned about harmful chemicals. This product is very safe and organic. I have peace of mind. You have a customer for life! more

I'll only use Drycarpet 12/13/2012

I love the way my carpet looks now. The stains are gone and it looks better than new. It even looks more plush. I will definitely only be using DRYCARPET guys for my carpet cleaning from now on. Thank you for a great job and for being so pleasant and helpful while doing it! more

Pet stain problems gone forever 6/9/2012

I want to thank Ikesha and Marcus for the fabulous job they did cleaning my carpets. I had severe pet stains from a sick puppy that I treated with pet solutions that took out the odor but left horrendous chemical stains. I was on the verge of removing the carpet before deciding to give Dry Carpet a try. The stains are entirely gone and the house smells beautifully clean! I feel like a heavy burden is lifted and I can once again enjoy a clean house. I'll never use the wet method again. I'm totally sold on Dry Carpet. Thank you!!! more

$$ You Get What You Pay For $$ 6/9/2012

I tried 1-800 DRYCARPET San Jose last year and it was amazing. This year we were saving money and had our carpet cleaned via steam cleaning. All the stains came right back before the day was over. The carpets we not even dry yet and the stains were showing (with steam cleaning). I recommend 1-800 DRYCARPET to anyone who is thinking of getting their carpets cleaned. It is a little pricey compared to steam cleaning, but you get what you pay for. In my case I had to pay double since the steam cleaning did not work. 1-800 DRYCARPET workers were friendly and professional. I will use their service again. Thanks Robert and team!!!! more

Clean Again 5/31/2012

This is my second time using DryCarpet and my carpets once again are spot free and sweet smelling. Daniel and his technician are always prompt, courteous and meticulous. I have 3 children and 3 dogs so being able to keep the carpets looking good is always a chore. Thanks again for making my carpets beautiful again. more

I have just received the BEST service ever. MY 25 year old carpet has not looked this good in the 15 years I have owned this house. I have had pets and kids and this is just amazing !!!!! more

Dry Carpet did an excellent job. We recently bought a house and replaced some of the carpet for almost 1500 dollars but we could not afford to replace all of the carpet After some calls and questions, we decided on DRY Carpet. Best call I've made in this home improvement. My old carpet looks just as new as the new carpet. The previous owners before the REO were filthy and believed in leaving like their pets so I thought for sure I would probably replace all the carpet. Dry Carpet.....Awesome job, you saved me 1000's of dollars in carpet replacement! more

Your dry organic carpet cleaning process 9/26/2011

A big thanks to Brian who was out yesterday and who did our carpets throughout the house. Your dry organic process did an excellent job overall with the spots that we had on our carpet, and the carpet now smells and looks so much cleaner and fresher (and there's absolutely no sticky or soapy residue)! We only had one stain that didn't come out, but it's finger nail polish and we really didn't have high hopes that it could -- with any process! Our carpet is a bit over three years old, yet it looks practically new again -- a big thanks for this. We were very satisfied and will recommend you to others. Thanks again to Brian -- he worked hard and efficiently, a great representative for your company. more

Dry organic method is much better 9/25/2011

Over the years I have used both dry and "wet" processes for my carpet and sofa care. Dry organic method is much better in that it's a superior carpet treatment with minimal time carpet can be walked on again. An equally compelling reason I've continued using DRYCARPET is the professionalism and personal care Daniel Guardado demonstrates repeatedly. more

Immediately Walking on Dry Clean Carpet 9/19/2011

This was my first time using 1-800 DRY CARPET, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Daniel & his assistant arrived at the scheduled time and they were very courteous, professional & efficient. My carpet had some really dirty sections along with various badly stained areas too as a result of living with precious pets. Now it is so, so clean I love it and so does my dog! Another great feature is booking online; that is the fastest way to get things done, so being able to schedule online was a pleasant surprise for me. Being able to walk on the carpet as soon as they finished the cleaning was the main reason I scheduled with 1-800 DRY CARPET and everything was PERFECT! The next time I need carpet cleaning, I will absolutely schedule with 1-800 DRY CARPET. I highly recommend you….Thank You So Much!! more

Very pleased fist time customer 8/9/2011

I used DRYCARPET for the first time yesterday. I have not been pleased with the result from many years of steam carpet cleaning and ran across DRYCARPET while surfing the subject on the internet. I tried it and like it! The result was simply fantastic. My carpets have not been this clean since they were new. I certainly plan to "stay dry" and will recommed DRYCARPET to my friends, relatives, and associates. more
