Dream Kitchens

Dream Kitchens did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. It turned out exactly like the pictures that we had looked at so it was nice that there were no surprises on that end. All of the installers were professional, personable, and prompt. The only thing that I could see improvement on was during the final walk through. The contractor was the only one who looked at the final results and I would have liked for the designer or perhaps Rick to have come back just to give his approval. He initially said that his attention to detail was pretty important for the job so it would have been nice as a parting gesture just for him to come in after everything was done and sign off on everything. Otherwise, the service was exceptional. Rick and Audrey are very accommodating and polite. I'm happy that the installers didn't make me feel like I was being too picky with offering some of my direction. Their workmanship was excellent. They never questioned our ideas. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend them. more

I thought that Dream Kitchens had a nice variety of kitchen cabinets to choose from. They offer full service which was important to me. Rick was very hands on throughout the project and even came out to the site before we even ordered anything. I felt very confident that he would do a good job. I have a tight space, and I need to be able to use my space efficiently. I used to be a Home Economics teacher, and I love to cook so it was very important to me that I have a quality kitchen to cook in. My kitchen was well-planned. Rick did a great job. After everything was ordered, he came by before the installation to make sure everything had been delivered and to answer any questions we had. He also gave some good installation tips. The installation bit went much smoother than I thought it would. As a Realtor, I've heard horror stories of kitchen installations from the ordering to the delivery from the factory to the installation, it could have gone downhill fast. But, it was really, really smooth and professionally handled. more

We had searched for years for just the right vanity. We walked in to Dream Kitchens and told Audrey what we wanted and within 30 seconds she showed us a photo of the perfect one! We found the products we needed and completed our bathroom redecoration. We love it! more

Dream Kitchens is an excellent company. They completely remodeled our kitchen. And I mean the entire thing, down to the studs. They also did a laundry room, which included a small bathroom. They can do it all, from cabinets and fixtures, to drywall, to high tech electrical work. For us, the final results were picture-perfect. The Dream Kitchens crew were all extremely warm, knowledgeable, and eager to please. They were very receptive to suggestions, as well. All of the workmen were friendly, trusting and very professional. They took the due date very seriously, and everything was done right on time. We found Dream Kitchens through a mutual contact, and are glad we did, because we couldn't have been more happy with the end product. We have even allowed some of their customers to come over and see an example of the work for themselves. Throughout the year following the completion of the job, they would periodically call to make sure we were still satisfied--that's how seriously they take their reputation. more

The owner of Dream Kitchens is very good in design. He did an excellent job for us in our kitchen. While the crew was working, they caused damage in our house, however, they stood behind it and fixed it completely to our satisfaction. They were all great! Based on the first experience with my kitchen, I hired them to work on our master bathroom. However, they sent out a different crew to do the work and it took a lot longer than we had expected and planned for. I'd say that 50-70 percent of how your experience goes, depends on the crew you're working with. For my guest bathroom, I used another company mainly because of the huge difference in the crews they sent out. I will say that they are friendly, they do return phone calls, and I never had a problem, but my first experience was much, much better. more

I had a good experience with Dream Kitchens! Rick came up with the design and when I wanted to change two things, he was very flexible to my needs and willing to work with me. I am so happy with the results! I'm cooking in my beautiful kitchen right now! more

Creative and reliable more

Design was excellent. Rick listened to our needs and gave us lots of counterspace and ceiling height. He also bowed to my desire to have wood floors and found an excellent sub- contractor to install those. When the wrong tile was delivered he and his staff immediately secured the correct color! The crew worked efficiently and cleaned-up after the work was done. Rick is also still available 4+ years later when we needed a countertop fixed! more

Dream Kitchens really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I appreciated that they stayed within my budget. They did a really good job. The only advice I can give is to be clear about what you want and know what your financial limitations are. My experience was so great, I had them back for more work! I highly recommend them. A. Dream Kitchens did a great job for us. We had several bathrooms and a kitchen renovation, as well as a wine cellar done. The workmanship was fabulous, and everything was really high-end. It was extremely well done, and the staff was very responsive and very on time with everything. We were working with a contractor, and there were a lot of coordination and timing issues as to when the contractor was available and when Dream Kitchens could get the materials in and workers available.
