I've used Drake for over 3 years and had the same bug guy (Ricky). The last company I used always had a different guy show up and they never had a clue. But Ricky is dependable. I really like being able to trust that I know who's coming on my property. We had an ant problem in the kitchen and Ricky took care of it right away. When I called Drake, they sent him out the next day. This is the best company.
