I am very picky about my chinese food and this restaurant fixes if very well. They deliver quickly and the food is very well prepared. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got their food and have been ordering from them ever since. Highly recommend! more

My family and I have been coming here for years. The people are always welcoming. The food has alot of variety for everyone and is very affordable. The one thing that could improve would be the dessert. As far as chinese food goes its quality cheep and easy to get to. more

I have never dined-in, but have ordered delivery from Dragon House several times, and have never been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get; you can easily make 2-3 meals out of one order. The delivery driver has always arrived in reasonable time; we have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Also, the orders have always been correct, even when we have made special requests. We are definitely long time customers! Oh, yeah, and it's delicious! more

Decided to try this place today after reading the reviews. We were very impressed, and glad we ordered extra for leftovers tomorrow. Our chicken fried rice was perfect, just what it should be like. The meat to rice ratio was perfect. I could have done with less onion, but no biggie. All The employees were very friendly. Though I work on the westside of indy, I'm going to have to find more excuses to go to the northeast side more often. more

We've been going to Dragon House since it opened ten years ago, and have never been disappointed.\r \r The food on the buffet is hot, fresh, tasty, plentiful, and very reasonably priced, and the restaurant is very well run. What impresses me most is that as soon as the supply gets low, they're right there bringing out another pan of food. They're also great at whisking away your dirty dishes so if you go back for seconds you don't return to dirty plates at the table.\r \r Some of my favorite selections include the wonton soup, crab rangoon and spring roll appetizers, fried rice, cashew chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, beef with broccoli, and of course the plentiful dessert pastries, almond cookies, and soft-serve ice cream to top it all off.\r \r Unlimited soft drinks and other beverages are also included in the price, something you don't see at all buffets these days.\r \r It's a great place to bring a family -- my kids were little when we first started going -- but it doesn't seem to get terribly noisy like some restaurants do when they're filled with young kids.\r \r We probably eat there about once a month, if not more often. In fact, I'm headed over there for lunch in a few minutes. After ten years, and with a lot of other nearby choices, I can't think of a better endorsement than that! more

I gave the delivery man $15 for my food when he said this ddint include the driving fee but mentioned I shouldnt worry about it he'd take care of it. I insisted and went up to get a 20 and asked for $3 back. A few minutes after sending him off he returned to inform me I gave him too much I never took the origional $15 back. What an honest man! I will definitely be a return customer more

I have enjoyed the buffets here many times. The last time, a gentleman in the serving area turned to me and said ""Boy, this is the first time I've been here and the food is sensational"". Frankly, I think every patron would echo this opinion - it really is wonderful and the price is very fair for the quality afforded. Last night I ordered to go - an entree with scallop, shrimp, chicken, beef and mixed vegs in a brown sauce. It was, without doubt, the finest Chinese food I've ever enjoyed. This is what strip-mall Chinese restaurants should be. They have both a good buffet, and a menu that you can order from. Very clean, and tastefully decorated restaurant. Buffet price: $6.25 lunch, $8.25 supper. Includes drink, but not tax. Drinks include coffee and hot tea, and not just the ubiquitous soda fountain. \r Good salad bar has vegetables in addition to just lettuce and cucumber. Dessert selections are sparce, but they do have fruit, and soft-serve ice cream. Steam trays have all the basics, done right, and were very good, very presentable, fresh, looked nice, tasted great. \r \r Batter fried shrimp (Shrimp Tempura?) were good. \r \r Not top tier like some of the fancy mega-buffets, but what they do, they do right. \r \r Located on the North-West quadrant of the intersection of Allisonville Road and 116th Street. (That is, on the North side of 116th Street, and the West side of Allisonville.) I have lived in Fishers about 5 years. This is a wonderful restaurant. I've eaten in (the luncheon buffet is wonderful) and taken out (incredible quality for a very reasonable price). I've visited about 150 times and each visit (eat in or take out) just keeps getting BETTER. You owe it to yourself and family to try The Dragon House! It is the finest restaurant of its type I've ever enjoyed. Congratulations to Barry and his fine staff. more
