Horrible experience. I used this shop before for a simple muffler replacement because it seemed cheap. I went back a second time and was treated like garbage. I showed up with an exhaust system I bought and just wanted installed. I showed it to him and he said he could install it for $200. While I waited patiently for him to install it I was the only car there to be worked on, he kept answering his cell phone carrying on conversations which did not appear business related. I paid cash and left, he never offered a reciept, just put the cash in his pocket, and I didn't ask for one because I thought I was all set and done. On the way home the exhaust started making a loud rattleing sound, and when I got home saw that one of the pipes dropped down and was rubbing. I drove right back, within 30min and saw him walking out the door. It was 1pm. I told him it was rattleing, and he did NOT even bother to look at it, he said he was out the door to lunch, and said if I want it fixed I have to go to the dealership and buy the OEM exhaust hangers because he didn't have any. I was seriously shocked this guy did nothing to even look under the car nevermind put it back on the lift to check it out. I said I wanted a refund if he wouldn't fix it, and he actually asked me for my reciept. When I said he never gave me one he said then there is no proof he worked on my car. He just got in his car and left me standing there, for me to have his work fixed elsewhere. I never write reviews, but have to tell my experience with this backyard welder looking to make a quick buck. Wish I went to Lous Custom Exhaust in the beggining, those guys do quality work and stand behind it, same with all my positive experiences at Dracut Tire. They wont pocket your money then try to screw you over. I can just imagine all the little old ladies Dracut Exhaust has screwed over. Scumbag.
