At my last visit, Dr. Blauer provided us with our notes from the initial consultation and the follow-up. This was extremely helpful, especially due to the fact that some of the notes were not told to us by either the doc or the nurse. I am disappointed however that we were never told we had to schedule a follow-up in order to go over test results etc. We were left in the dark and had to call to discuss test results and to later find out we were supposed to schedule a follow-up. This was extremely frustrating as we stopped at the front desk on our way out each time to make sure everything was good to go, including scheduling our next appointments. Lastly, the doctor and staff assume you know everything to do with the treatments. As this is our first exposure, we did some research about procedures however nothing beats sitting down with the doc and having them explain in layman's terms what to expect. When we went into our first appointment for an ultrasound the doc/nurse forgot to mention it was a vaginal ultrasound. To say the least, it was a surprise and when you are on your period with unshaven legs completely unprepared it doesn't make for a calm and pleasant patient. Overall, could improve communication. - Kayla Z., Sandy, UT
