They were great. On time, actually even before we got home. They came the same day we called them and fixed out gate, which had not been put to use for over a year. We highly recommend this company. more

i coudn't ask for more 8/5/2014

Called to have the springs repaired on my garage door - the technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Got the best price out of numerous calls I made for the repair (along with a written warranty). He went through everything and made all necessary adjustments; lubed everything and even replaced a burned out light bulb at no extra charge! Couldn't have asked for more prompt and thorough service! Highly recommend! more

I had a broken spring until i called these guys 7/29/2014

The tech was fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to up sell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. more

We were supposed to go out Saturday night 7/19/2014

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Johnny arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours. more
