We've been using Dr Ek's AC for a few years now and I can honestly say that they are great. I have never had one bad experience with the techs that have come to fix my A/C. I have always found their technicians to be prompt, courteous and thorough. When anything extraordinary happens, they send someone out quickly. I recommend their service highly. more

My air conditioner was malfunctioning, so I called these guys from Dr Ek's AC to fix it. They checked out the whole system, diagnosed the problem, fixed itin no time, and didn't try to oversell or overcharge me. Most important it was so much affordable! Highly recommend these folks - you won't be disappointed more

The tech arrived quickly and diagnosed the system. He let me know what the problem was and replaced the motor fan for a very reasonable price. The A/C now works like new. I would definitely use Dr Ek's AC in the future. more

More than honest 6/28/2011

I called DR Ek's for second bid, the price was more than fair. He came the next day to change system, and said he wanted to check it out for himself. Mr Ek then told me I didn't need a new new unit, it just needed a part. From a $2000 install Mr Ek fixed it for $150 dollars. I recommend DR Ek's to everyone. It is hard to find honest and caring people anymore, But here is one I am glad to have found more
