Dropped the car off at around 10:20AM and they said it would be ready by noon. They were 15 minutes late but I was still impressed that they got it done under two hours. Price was reasonable and the service was friendly enough. more

Professional job 7/21/2011

Thom was my service agent and he did an excellent, personable, and professional job. They had not had anyone come in with my problem, so it was a learning experience for both of us. There was an initial diagnostic test that turned up only an "internal" problem. more

the people were actually really friendly. let them know that i wasn't planning on buying anything at the moment but just wanted to take a look and they were happy to show me the cars i was interested in and also insisted i take them for a test drive. the sales guy was upbeat and had a sense of humor.... not pushy at all. so him and his trainee came along for the test drives. it was pretty fun and he kept talking about all sorts of things that had really not a lot to do with selling a car.... more

I would recommend this dealership 6/6/2011

I just bought a barely used 2010 Toyota Corolla from Downtown Toyota of Oakland. I thought the sales staff were very nice, helpful and considerate which was great considering I am a female and I was on my own. I have had experiences with pushy car salesmen, and these guys were definitely not. I test drove 3 vehicles over the course of 2 weekends and they made me a great deal on my trade in and on the price of the Corolla. The sales staff and the financing guy were all very upbeat and professional. more

Definitely recommended 6/3/2011

I just bought a 2010 Corolla from Downtown Toyota of Oakland. I went in the weekend before and told the salesman what I had in mind. They listened to what I wanted and let me drive a few cars and then let me walk out without purchasing a vehicle. I felt very comfortable the entire time. No hard-sell tactics which was really good because I am female and I was on my own. I went back the following weekend and they made me a great deal on a barely used 2010 Toyota Corolla. It's a great car and I love it. I thought the sales staff were very nice, helpful and considerate then entire time. more

I always get my car serviced here now. The service writers are OK, but the auto techs are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! The auto techs are really helpful and knowledgeable... which is greatly appreciated!! They treat me and my car like a QUEEN!! more

I have been getting car service since the 1980's, and I have never been to a shop that takes such good care of its customers. They are not only proficient, timely, and good at what they do, they are actually nice people, who really seem to care. more
