Worst Customer Service Experience--Ever 3/24/2006

I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this merchant for any tailoring services of any kind. My recent experience there (to get measurements for an out-of-town suit purchase/alteration needed for an upcoming wedding ceremony in Florida) was the single most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever had. I have traveled the world over and have never experienced such customer service. The owner was arrogant, dismissive and downright rude to me during my visit. The lowest number of stars the rating system will allow on this website is 'one'. My experience there was so bad that I would give this merchant 'negative' stars if the rating system would allow it. more
