Carpets had a really bad urine smell from my 3 cats who are a little old now so have been having some accidents. Downtown carpet cleaning came out the same day i called and used an ""enzyme"", treatment on my carpets. They smell great after everything is done and took the stains right out! more

I came home the other evening and of course my pug had emptied the trash all over my living room. The smell stuck after cleaning it up and scrubbing the carpets so had Downtown carpet cleaning come out to do a deep clean, while they were there i had them do the kids room aswell. Afterwards the carpets smelled amazing and not one stain was visible! more

I just moved in to this really cool loft but there was a really bad odor coming from the carpets, and dirt caked in to the bottom. Downtown Carpet Cleaning came and applied citrus product that eliminated the smell and apparently brings the dirt to the surface? Hope im saying that right. Then they did a deep steam clean that renewed my carpet to tip top shape. Telling all my friends and family about how fantastic this Downtown Carpet Cleaning company is. more

I'm so glad I got the carpeting cleaned in time for our new baby to arrive! My wife is expecting any time now and I wanted to make sure the carpeting was pet-stain and dirt-free before the baby would be in the house. In a few months our little one will be crawling and creeping around and we won't have to worry! Downtown Carpet Cleaning does great work! more

My pet stained my couch! what to do, I called Downtown Carpet cleaning company and found out that they do upholstery too! They came the same day and gave me an estimate. I was completely okay with it and they cleaned my carpet that same day! more
