Love my new car! 1/17/2012

I love my new car and I really look forward to my next purchase so I can come here again. My daughter will begin driving soon so I will give her my current car and go get a new one from here. I love this dealership; the staff and everyone involved because they actually answered all of my questions and never tried to pressure me into a purchase. Thank you! more

Fraudulent Dealer 12/21/2011

Worst car dealership ever. I bought my car there and not ptofessional at all. Financing is a fraud. I purchased an extended warranty there and after 3 month I paid off the car and cancelled the warranty(which I never used) and they did not refund the money to m.Gave not explanations and not even aswered my phone calls. When I went to the dealer in person they did not paid attention to my situation. Do not buy a car there!!!!! more

Cars are already sold so they can draw you in 11/21/2011

I read the reviews online here and I was like ok there are good reviews. Outstanding! What the hay let me give them a try. I saw an excellent price for a 2008 vehicle so I called and they said yup it is available and said comon down. I called a second time to make sure and spoke with a girl named Patty, she said yes the vehicle is available and wanted to know when I was coming. I said I am coming right now. Since I live in Delray Beach it would take me 1.10hr to get there ""Are you sure the vehicle is there"" Patty said yes come on in we are open to 7. I grabbed my girl and we rushed down there and to my dissmay they said the car was sold 3 days prior. What the F*&#??? The vehicle is still stitting on their website as avaialble. SO THEY get you there so they can show you other inventory. That's horrible sales practice Doral Lincoln Mercury, horrible. Thanks Patty... more
