This company is great. They were on time. Did a great job and addressed all my concerns. My roof looks great. When the job was done they went over it with me. I have had no issues with this roof. Would and have recommended them to friends. Thanks guys more

The roof at my house really needed a fix but after contacting Done Rite Roofing I decided to simply replace it with a new one. It looks great, all of the company employees were fantastic and made everything super stress-free for me. I give them a 10/10 rating! more

As a new home owner in the area I was a little scared when shopping around to have this done. Lucky for my a buddy of mine knew Jason and sent him my way a few months ago. He showed up on time, gave me a good deal and walked me through the whole process. It was easy and got done quickly. When I was looking for a good roofing contractor for my spec vacation house, I asked around and found Done Rite. I called and talked to Kim Barbosa, who was real friendly and pleasant to deal with. We talked over the details and she made sure that the crew would meet my requirements for the house roof. They came within a few days to install the new roof and finished within two weeks of non-stop working. In the end the result was the roof looked amazing. Great workmanship and effort. I would definitely recommend them. more

I have known the owner Jason Loiacano for a few years now and know that in Tampa there's not a better roofing contractor other than done rite roofing. In palm harbor there's always that need for a roofing repair crew due to the weather, and done rite came by to my house 2 times already to fix my roof. They do the repair fast and using the best replacement shingles. more

We had our roof replaced by Done Rite Roofing Roofing several months ago. They also did our skylights. They did an excellent job. I know that because my neighbor (who is a retired engineer) was over several times a day checking our their work. He then used them on his roof. We had them back out last week to roof our pool house that we didn't get done when we did our house. Very nice people, courteous and took good care of us. Thank you Done Rite Roofing! more

Leaky Roof is Like New, Now! 6/30/2013

Done Rite roofing did it right! I have a few investment properties in Tampa and one recently sustained wind damage, causing a leak above the garage. Not having the time to repair it my self I set up an appointment with Done Rite during a weekend visit. With such a tight schedule I was glad they showed up on time for the meeting especially after reading the other reviews. After receiving the quote and looking at the damage, I decided to use their services. Not having time to stick around for the repair I counted on my renter to inform me of the progress. The roof repair went off without a hitch and the leak was completely fixed. I have yet to return to view their work, but if my renter is happy I am happy. more

Done Rite Roofing replaced my roof last year. I took advantage of their 100% financing and just paid it off. I couldn't be happier with the work, they are truly craftsman and did a quality job on my roof. I expect my roof to last a long time, but when I need a replacement I will call them first. more

Jason Loiacano at Professional Roofing really knows his area! He is able to come out and do accurate estimates (assessing damage, upgrades, etc.). His work is guaranteed, and he can help out with the extras: rain gutters, sola-tubes, ventilation, wood replacement, skylights, etc.\r \r If you want the best value for your buck - these are the guys to use. Don't go cheap on the roof - it is the main protection for your house!! more

Leaky roofs seem to be a common problem and I myself had that problem. My son's room would leak every time it rained and I decided to call Done Rite Roofing. I was very pleased with the job they did because it never leaked again and it's already been over a year or so. These guys were professional about it all and overall, I am very satisfied with their job and service. more

We have a winter home in Sarasota and being that it's 15 years old, we were looking at a roof replacement. I called around to several roofers in the Tampa,St. Pete and Sarasota area and their estimate was one of the lowest. More importantly, I had heard from a neighbor that Done Rite Roofing did a good job putting a new roof on their home. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism. Being that we're up north in the summer, we were a bit apprehensive but their roofers were very professional and showed up on time. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, but we felt comfortable with their presentation, reputation and results. more

Seem to be nice people and responsive, but my roof still leaks over 2 years since I paid them for a complete replacement. They come out, and patch, but either they don't know what they are doing, or they simply won't fix it properly. I am getting ready to take this to litigation. What else am I supposed to do? Now my ceiling is damaged, and I have mold. due to the leak. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer. more

I contacted Done Rite Roofing for a 5/24/2012

I contacted Done Rite Roofing for a leak in my roof and a squeaky sound I hear especially when it's windy. They returned my phone call immediately, set up an appointment to review my roofing problem, arrived on time to survey the problem and submitted a reasonable estimate. That said, Done Rite Roofing showed an exceptionally high level of customer service and professionalism. They did a great job on my roof and now the leak's gone. Just last week, it rained heavily but there's no leaking at all and even the squeaky sound is gone as they replaced my vent as well. Their services are of best quality and really good professionals for they will leave you completely satisfied with their excellent job. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives! more
