TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. AFTER WAITING 1.5 hours and then trying to reach someone by phone, I was told they were backed up and unable to deliver my food for another 60 to 90 minutes. more

I was impressed that they put exactly the amount of cheese on that I requested through GrubHub. I said, "If you have Daiya vegan cheese, please use it, otherwise, just put a very little bit of it on the pizza." I know now that they read the notes carefully. Thanks. more

This is the second time I ordered something through Dominos and it didn't ever make it to the shop. Last time it was a delivery that took 2.5 hours, they called me an hour after I had ordered, saying they had just received the order with a time stamp for delivery that had already passed. This time it was a pickup that took over an hour, because the order hadn't made it there by the time I arrived to pick it up, which was sent to me by grubhub in a confirmation. more
