I was going to order a pepperoni pizza from Vitos down the street, glad I didn't!!!! I remembered seeing Domenics Pizza right down College Dr. and gave them a call instead. Pros: Sweet staff, piping hot pizza pie, AWESOME!! Cons: Nothing more

Since the change of ownership of Domenic's Pizza Express in 2007, this restaurant has produced some of the best pizza in the area. Amidst an environment full of competing family-owned small pizzerias, Domenic's stands out due to the outstanding quality of, not just its pizzas, but its subs, pasta dishes, and salads. Customer service has improved dramatically since 2007 as well; the owners themselves usually perform a great deal of work and are happy to cater to the needs of the customer as well as make amends for any mistakes (which are few to begin with) on their part and their employees' part. While chain pizzerias (Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc.) may offer cheap prices, Domenic's justifies its prices (which are typical of individual small-scale pizzerias) with quality, and even offers deals that allow one to enjoy a great meal at a great price (the 2-Slice special and Large Pizza specials come to mind). Next time you feel the need for another slice of that iconic Italian dish, take a drive down College and stop by Domenic's; it'll quickly become a mainstay in your culinary life. The food may be OK, but t hey can be extremely rude. I waited for almost an hour for a stromboli - 20 minutes after I arrived there, a lady came to pick up her stromboli, she asked for another one. They hurried one up for her in 5 minutes, and then they didn't even put mine in until at least 20 minutes after she left. When I suggested that they gave her mine, they grew angry, and snapped at me that it was not mine. I got my food exactly 50 minutes after I came in - not only without an apology, but with a glare. It also amazed me that Dominic himself has plenty of time to go out and grab a smoke while I was waiting. My time is precious to me, I had been working since 5:00 that morning, this was 6:30 at night. If they could hurry up a stromboli for this other lady, they could do so for me. They should have not only apologized, but returned my money. I have taken my money to another establishment, Aron's where the food is just as good and the people are much nicer. Pros: Food OK Cons: just a pizza joint, they need to learn customer service more
