New Installation 8/2/2013

Dolan Oil Service has just installed a new gas boiler & domestic hot water system for us that replaced oil boiler and oil hot water heater. The service techs were wonderful to work with, Jeff Dolan was very professional and helpful and the delivery man took care going around our landscape with the fill hose. When we contact the office the staff is very polite and helpful. We look forward to having Dolan Oil as our propane supplier and service company. more

Poor Customer Service 1/13/2011

Dolan seems to operate with the attitude, "We don't need customers, they need us." They don't care if you're happy or not, or if they meet your needs. They seem to think the customer is priviledged just to do business with them. more

Need Fuel Oil 7/17/2005

We heat our home with oil. When we first bought our home we didn't know much about oil heat. We continued service with the same place that the lady before us had. They were very nice and took care of our needs. They have what they call automatic fill. They keep track of your oil usage. When they calculate that you will need oil they come and fill and leave you a bill. more
