Service with a smile 7/14/2012

Honest and quick, these guys know how to get us back on the road. We had an injector needing a replacement on our 2008 F-350 6.4 L diesel pickup and it runs smooth again. We also had detailing work done while it was there. Wow! Beautiful work. Thanks! more

Doherty Ford service dept sucks 10/18/2009

We are very unhappy with the service department at Doherty Ford. We have a business and our truck has been in there at least once a week for the last year. They always say they fix it but then it needs to go right back. Not good service. more

A-1 service 9/9/2006

We recently purchased a Ford Focus for our daughter from Doherty Ford. It was our first experience with them and it was wonderful!!!! We were there until after closing ours but the salesman we dealt with was friendly and patient. After we got the car home, we noticed a tail light was burned out. Before WE could call them the next morning, the salesman called US and said he noticed it when we drove away. He said to bring it back and they'd fix it. Great prices, great salesman, great selection. Thank you for a great car buying experience! PROS: Fantastic service and friendly CONS: NONE more
