Caring and Adaptive 11/1/2010

You are caring and adaptive to my changing (sometimes at short notice) needs. My main concern used to be different walkers turning up without notice so Panda did not know who was coming to take him! This seems to have improved recently. more

absolutely AMAZING AND WONDERFUL 10/18/2010

I am writing in regards to Mario and how absolutely AMAZING AND WONDERFUL he is with our dogs!!! I could not ask for a BETTER person to take care of my dog. She has separation issues and will not leave my side but when he comes in in the morning to pick her up she sits down, lets him put her leash on and heads out the door without even looking back- this is AMAZING!! He is so respectful of our home, our dogs and he always makes conversation and tells me how the dogs are doing at daycare. This morning, I had taken my dog for a walk and he came to pick up my roommate's dog and realized my keys were still there so before he left our building he came back for Rileigh when he knew we'd be back from our walk. I think that is so above and beyond and I will and have recommended your services to anyone with a dog because of Mario!! He goes above and beyond EVERYDAY and as a business owner myself I know that is what you look for in people and I want you to know how grateful we are for Mario and what an amazing job he is doing! Thanks so much! more

What an amazing job she did! 10/15/2010

Sidney Wood went out with Tina yesterday on her walk. What an amazing job she did! She left a great note for us and I don’t know that anyone has ever taken such care to clean Sidney off before (she likes mud, and it was raining yesterday so I can only imagine how bad it was). Anyways, just wanted to pass along the feedback on Tina. My sister was in the house when she picked Sidney up and was also really impressed with the service. more

Avoid this service 4/1/2010

I had high hopes for Doggie Daytrippers but it all went downhill. The owner does not seem to know what her dog walkers are doing. Walkers missed visits or arrived hours late, my dog was left alone for hours - once in her own urine due to her anxiety. She has access to your credit card so you are at her mercy to credit you - if she feels like it. Owner is unprofessional and they are generally unreliable. I do not recommend them at all. Bottom line is that my dog was left alone without the visits we were promised.
