I went in for my eye exam and the doc was in such a hurry he didn't give me the right prescription. I was supposed to get trial within 2 weeks. I went back after 2 weeks and they were never ordered! Finally trials came in and they were wrong presciption so we had to do another eye exam and am waiting on new trials... 2 weeks later and i still have no contacts after a month.. Terrible customer service.. Lack of communication between workers. I just wish i could get my contacts already so i can never go back to this place again!! Such a Headache!
